“EL ESTUDIANTE” Screening & Q&A with Dir Roberto Girault & Producer/Writer Gastón Pavlovich
Consul General of Mexico in Los Angeles, Carlos Eugenio Garcia de Alba Zepeda welcomed director Roberto Girault and producer/writer Gastón Pavlovich who presented to a full house their iconic first movie “El Estudiante” a screening followed by Q&A moderated by actress Vange Tapia and hosted by the CCCM and the Government of Guanajuato, México in Los Angeles as part of the “Year of Mexico in Los Angeles”
With a musical performance by an official “Estudiantina” and traditional dishes from the region of Guanajuato, the event was organized by Minister of Education and cultural affairs, Andrés Webster Henestrosa.
“POR SOFIA” Screening and Q&A – May 17th, 2017
“Por Sofía” Screened at the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles. The film was presented by Educational and Cultural Affairs Minister Andrés Webster, actress Vange Tapia and Director Alfredo Ibarra.
The screening was followed by Q&A with the cast and producers moderated by Vange Tapia with producer Pepón Gallegos, Julio A. Macias (Actor / Producer), and actors Kary Musa, Manny Dortanieves, Patricia Ponce de Leon, Nathalia Hencker, Sandra Saldarriaga and Mexican dear actress Beatriz Aguirre – Actriz Mexicana.
