Invitadas por la Cónsul de asuntos culturales en el consulado mexicano en Los Angeles, Cynthia Prida, Actors Slash participó con las actrices/directoras Vange Tapia, Fabiola Stevenson, Andrea González, Kiara Beltrán y directora Luna Vargas fuimos invitadas para participar en el primer registro de mujeres mexicanas, mexico-americanas y chicanas en la industria de entretenimiento en Los Angeles, CA, para presentar parte de su trabajo y platicar sobre la importancia de la mujer en liderazgo.
El evento continuó con un segundo panel de cineastas emergentes seleccionadas por la cónsul.
